Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the SwarmSenses platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
Access to the Service constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and SwarmSenses AI. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate suspension of access.
Description of Service
“SwarmSenses provides AI-powered predictive simulations utilizing multi-agent personas to model complex human interactions and market behaviors.”
The platform generates synthetic data environments where autonomous agents interact based on defined parameters to provide high-fidelity foresight and behavioral intelligence for enterprise decision-making.
Probabilistic Nature
ALL OUTPUTS GENERATED BY THE SERVICE ARE PROBABILISTIC PREDICTIONS.
Simulation results are statistical approximations based on available data and agent modeling. They are intended for decision support only and do not constitute guaranteed outcomes, professional advice, or factual certainties. Users must acknowledge the inherent variance and uncertainty in all AI-driven predictive modeling.
User Responsibilities

- check_circleUsers retain full accountability for all decisions made, actions taken, or consequences arising from the use of platform outputs.
- check_circleMaintenance of account security and unauthorized access prevention is the sole responsibility of the registered user.
Intellectual Property
Platform Property
SwarmSenses AI retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, proprietary algorithms, underlying models, and branding. Access does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
User Property
Users retain ownership of all original data, parameters, and proprietary information uploaded to the platform. Users grant SwarmSenses a limited license to process this data solely for service execution.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWARMSENSES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS REVENUE ARISING FROM THE USE OF SIMULATION DATA.
Our total liability for any claim under these terms is limited to the amount paid by you to SwarmSenses for the Service during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
Acceptable Use
Prohibited activities include reverse engineering models, scraping synthetic data without authorization, or utilizing simulations for illegal forecasting.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access for breach of terms, inactivity, or platform sunsetting with 30-day notice for enterprise clients.
